By accessing and using Datrift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Datrift provides cloud data migration services, enabling you to transfer data between supported cloud providers. We act as a data processor on your behalf during migrations.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to migrate data from and to your accounts. You must use legitimate credentials and not misuse the platform for unauthorized data access.
Credits are purchased upfront based on data volume. Pricing is tiered as displayed on our website. Unused credits are automatically refunded after migration completion.
Datrift strives for reliable migrations but cannot guarantee 100% data transfer success due to third-party API limitations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific migration that experienced issues.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, all stored tokens and temporary data will be permanently deleted.
